Body Contouring

Therapeutic Massage consists of medium to firm pressure and is planned out with specific treatment goals in mind. Cupping, Medical Massage, Deep tissue, trigger point therapy, stretching, and other specialized techniques are combined to provide pain relief.

CranioSacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) utilizes a variety of gentle techniques to address imbalances and promote healing. These techniques involve subtle touch and manipulation of the bones, tissues, and membranes surrounding the brain, spinal cord, and sacrum.
